  2. Good morning. We’re here in Yosemite Valley to celebrate Pam and Tom’s wedding. This place is special to them and was special to the famous conservationist John Muir who said this:
“The valley, comprehensively seen, looks like an immense hall or temple lighted from above. But no temple made with hands can compare with Yosemite.”

Do you Tom, take Pamela Jean to be your wedded wife and cherished princess?
Will you take care of her, cook for her, and keep her from having frozen waffles or cereal for dinner?
Will you bring joy to her life by taking her to fun and faraway places, and protect her from all the animals living there?
Will you work to resolve any disagreements with Pam, keeping in mind Rules 1 and 2?
Rule 1 is that Pam is always right. Rule 2 is that even if Pam is wrong, she’s still right.
Will you see to it that your lives together are blessed with humor, affection, and respect?
Finally, will you love Pam and be her lifetime companion and sweetheart until your final days?
Do you Pam, promise to listen to jazz if Tom promises to occasionally listen to country music?
To listen to his advice and occasionally take it?
To never keep score, even when you are totally winning?
To never attempt to cook without Tom’s supervision?
To always let Tom drive, even from the passenger seat?
If Tom promises not to get a dog, do you promise not to get pregnant?
Do you vow to love him?
Pam says: I believe there is no time or place I’m more content than when you are close. We’ve loved each other through sickness, now let’s move on to health. Because of this and so much more, I believe that I will always love you. You are my best friend and one true love. There is still a part of me that cannot believe that I’m the one who gets to marry you! I vow to love you.
Pam, do you take Tom to be your wedded husband and athletic supporter?
Tom, do you take Pam to be your wedded wife?
    We did!
